This Korean restaurant is a hidden gem in Boston! Their rapokki, veggie pancake, kimbap, spicy crab and ginseng chicken soup are absolutely delightful, bursting with authentic flavors. The owner's hospitality adds a special charm to the dining experience, making it not just a meal but a memorable moment. Highly recommend for a taste of delicious Korean cuisine and friendly service!
I recently dined at Seoul Topokki, and it was an incredible experience. The authenticity of the Korean cuisine was evident in every dish. The staff went above and beyond, guiding me through the menu with great recommendations, considering my allergy restrictions. Their friendliness added to the warm ambiance. The food was not only delicious but also a true representation of Korean flavors. I highly recommend Seoul Topokki for an authentic and delightful dining experience.
Food is fine. The cold chewy noodles were an excellent texture but there was too much sauce. It looked really really pretty. Kimbap was fine but nothing special. The kimchi tofu stew had all the tofu broken up, possibly because it was boiled too aggressively. They never filled up our water again but the food came out pretty quickly. Overall decent experience but id look to try the other places next time I want Korean food.
The topokki and Spicy tofu soup are literally same as the taste that my mom always make for me when I was in Korea! It reminded me Korea a lot! I would say this restaurant is the best Korean restaurant in Boston! Additionally, the price was cheap compare to another Korean restaurants! I highly recommend this place Waiter was so friendly and kindly! Kid-friendliness: The waiter was so kindly and I really satisfied with the service ! I would visit more!
Nice place, very fast and friendly. Light music playing to along with your meal. They offer a cash discount so hit the ATM beforehand.Food: 5/5
Great place to get kimbap when I was craving it so. I certainly wasn’t expecting the pajon to be that big, but I had some leftover to take home. I also got a bulgogi kimbap, which I found to be kind of dry and tough. I ordered a tuna kimbap for takeaway and it ended up being much more tasty than the bulgogi one.Food: 4/5
I brought my friends to this Korean food place during lunch time, it wasn't packed and we got our seats right away. We ordered combo which we couldn't switch the food that's was in the combo but they accommodate with how the way dumplings was cooked which was either fried or steam. We decided it was best to be stead and it tastes pretty good. I really loved the fried chickens, it was half and half and the flavors was perfect. The customer services was great too, the waiter and waitress answers all of our questions and constantly checking on us to make sure we were all set.
We came here pretty late. The staff was very helpful. We got Kim Chi Pork Rib Hot Pot and the Rapokki. The Rapokki was tasty with the fishcake and rice cake . The sauce was delicious. The hot pot was decent. Overall, it was a bit pricey but worth it
Original review: Best Korean food in allston. Also one of the cheapest. Edit: first time ordering delivery from this place was a bad experience. The next few times were all fantastic. Very well packaged, and tasted great! Would highly recommend this place.
Great place for Korean street food. Visited this past weekend and got the tuna kimbap, Korean sausage, and the rapokki. While the tuna rolls were underwhelming, the other two classic Korean street food options were amazing. I’ve had tteokbokki and Korean sausage from other Korean places in Allston, but these were undoubtedly the best I’ve tried so far. For the Korean sausage, they used sticky rice noodles instead of the regular glass noodles which improved the overall depth of flavors. The torched mozzarella on the rapokki also added some smoky flavors, and I especially liked the fried seaweed rolls and the dumpling toppings. Would definitely come back whenever I’m craving for some Korean street food.
