If I could give no stars I would! I have been a loyal Sephora customer for over 8 years spending more than enough money. I went shopping today, spent over $300 and was followed the ENTIRE time! I am a minority, and felt that because I am black I was racially profiled. I’m a massage therapist, I make quite a decent living, I had no purse on me to put anything in. And still I was followed!!! I spoke to a manager on the floor as well as another manager and the store manager and felt That nothing was handled correctly. I was angered and saddened that I can’t have a nice, relaxing shopping experience to take the stress away. I wish there was more I could do but I guess a bad review will have to do

I entered this location and No One asked  how msg they help me.   
 I stayed in the store for at least ten (10) minutes, walked around the store looking for a specific item, still no assistance.   
 As I excited the store,  I passed a group of three (3) employees and one person by the door well turned her head and did Not ask if I found everything I was looking for.

Rediculous store.  I went here with my lovely girlfriend.  A rather larger woman working there was HOVERING & FOLLOWING aka giving my girlfriend the "EAGLE EYE."  I totally feel that just because my GF is a young black Female they were Racial Profiling her!  I felt that and I am not even African American. 
 Racist and Totally Unprofessional.

Hello. I hate Sephora because my Mommy tried asking a cashier for help to get makeup and she said "no".How rude. 😤 Now you should hate Sephora. But my Mommy was too mad to write this.
