Customer services depends on who you get. I bought a book here used and realized half way through the semester it was missing a whole chapter. They apparently don’t look through the book throughly when they buy them back. Be careful and make sure you look through everything right after buying! This used book was already really expensive and to not get the whole thing sucks!! Will now be buying my books else where.

My experience here was great! Amazing customer service! Books were at a fantastic price! I saved almost $200!

Buy your books online, look at Amazon. the prices at this book store are over priced. I bought "the art of theatre" they sell you a used one for $139.25. Amazon sells you a new one for $153.20. A used one through amazon or any other book store you might find is $56.49 and to rent one is $34.74. I'll take the hit for not doing my research and you should not follow my foot steps. I hope this helps. The store will buy your book, but only at the used cost and up to 50% of what they would buy it back for. Example would be the Spanish 1 "Student access code" they will sell you one for $103.75 and the buy back is $15.00 and up to 50% of that price. Again I hope this will help someone else not make the mistake I did. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

The customer experience here is great, but the books are over-priced. The book-buy back is a little un-done.. I payed for a book for $8 and I only got $2 back for it... I mean I don't mind it, but it's a little to much..
