Great experience, Friendly Wait staff, surprisingly was able to easily make a reservation for 7 on a Saturday. The brunch menu had delicious options, food was very fresh and good. Not too noisy, pretty restaurant, nice for pics, almost the entire restaurant sang Happy Birthday to my daughters and the desserts were delicious, I tasted the molten chocolate lava cake fresh and good. I will definately eat there again. My entire group was pleased.

Nine of us gathered for a birthday party on a Saturday night, and given the attentive service, tasty food, and lively atmosphere, we came and left in high spirits. While the salads were uninspiring, the Branzino was very good, the breads fresh and substantial, the coffee hot and strong, and the desserts small but intense. And the staff sang happy birthday in tune!

I’m so glad I ended up at Serafina on a spontaneous dinner date with my bestie! Not only was the service AMAZING on a Monday night but the food DID NOT disappoint either! If you’re in NYC and want a calm romantic classy casual vibe PRICE FRIENDLY I TOTALLLYYYYY recommend serafina !!!! 100/10     Food: 5/5

I had higher expectations for food but it ok. The ravioli seemed undercooked on the edges, and the taste was so-so. My daughter enjoyed her pasta arrabbiata and fries. The place was nice, clean, and well-lit.  The staff was friendly and helpful.  My only comment was that a supervisor was "scolding" our receptionist when we entered and seemed to keep at it randomly even by the time we left. It felt unprofessional since she could have done it at a more private location or the back, or even after closing. I felt terrible for the staff since she seemed nice and helpful when I asked for things.

I’m amazed at how good the food was! We were a group of 10+ people and had a long table. We loved the truffle pizza, the vegetarian paglia e fieno, and the kale salad. A special delight was the stuffed pizza!  I wouldn’t repeat the mocktail mojito nothing special. Restaurant vibe is cute. We’ll definitely be back!

Food was delicious I have been to midtown location a few years ago, and always wanted to try again. The service was decent very laid back ambience. Definitely an 8 out of 10Food: 5/5

When our party of 3 first arrived,  we asked to sit outside. A snide remark was made about having so many people asking to sit outside and there is not much room. There actually was 4 or 5 availae tables outside. We were able to choose our table with some convincing.  During the entire time we were there, seating was available outside. Aside from that, the waiters were not very attentive. They kept asking one of us if they were done with their plate while they were still eating. They took an empty wine glass off the table and did not ask if more wine was desired. Our party had to ask three times for a second glass of wine. When our table was cleared, the waiter asked if we were ready for our check. We suggested we may want to have dessert if they had a menu. The waiter dropped the menu on the table then came back after 15 minutes to see "what would you like to order?" Since he took so long, we decided to go to another restaurant for dessert and coffee. The food was elegantly presented and was very tasty except for the hard bread and old tasting oil. One of us even took leftovers home. Overall, the experience was just okay,  which is disappointing as our family frequents this restaurant often.  Vegetarian options: Plenty of dishes that are vegetarian.  Wheelchair accessibility: The outside seating area is the best and possibly only option  for wheelchair accessibility.

Amazing! Loved it. Our host Gabriel was very attentive and nice. Didnt feel rushed at all. I loved my ravioli. It was so good I ordered another one! The tiramisu and the chocolate sensation were amazing. My mom and aunt ordered the salmon and they really enjoyed it. Lovely ambiance. I mean where do I even begin!! If you like great Italian food, Serafina is the place to go. The panna cotta was so delicious, not too sweet but hit the spot for dessert. Not to mention the lasagna is just fabulous, so flavorful and delicious!! Their pasta selection is honestly fantastic. And don't even get me started on how fresh and delicious the calamari was!! Service was also pretty good, though we did have to wait a bit. If you're in the area looking for a great Italian experience, come here!!

Really cute spot! Meal was honestly nothing out of this world, and the staff felt in a rush as if they were trying to get our group out of the restaurant practically empty asap. Overall, we had a great time!
