Absolutely love this place. Everybody here is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I saw Alaina for a wax and she was superb. The atmosphere is clean and bright and their product line is quite high end and somewhat affordable. Can't say enough great things!

IF YOU HAVE "ETHNIC HAIR" i.e curly and on THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. I have a friend who booked an appointment. Upon arrival she was given a tour and told everyone is licensed and continues their education for the best hair care methods. After her hair was assessed she was told they do not provide services for those with "ethnic" hair and do not even carry the products for her hair type. Yet Aveda promotes versatility and sells products for "ethnic hair". She was then instructed to go home straighten it and come back if she wanted a cut. She has coily curly hair as she is African. I am horrified and confused. I do not understand how one goes to hair school and is not taught how go work with all hair types. Your staff should be embarrassed and are undeserving of their "licenses".

Fantastic.  Warm and friendly staff. Melissa made me feel so comfortable and have me a new style that feels good, looks good, and will be easy to maintain.  I would absolutely recommend Sereni to anyone!!

Great atmosphere, super relaxing. I think the prices are right on point for the area. Anna cut my hair, will definitely be going back!

Excellent atmosphere, relaxing experience, and Hank is an amazing stylist! I've never had a bad experience here.  The whole staff is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the incredible quality of the services. An Aveda concept salon.
