We love this place! I have tried all the Local Bubble tea spots, and this has been my favorite by far. Bubble tea is my #1 treat I look for in a new city, so if you are looking for the best bubble tea in Milwaukee, you found it! They have a lot of no -dairy options, both black and green fruit teas, and a variety of toppings. The vibe is great too. I love to just hang out chatting or sometimes grab a spot on the couch and watch whatever anime they have playing. Only criticism: their drinks are really sweet, but you can adjust your sweetness level. I recommend 75% as a baseline for fruit teas, and 50% for milk teas - adjusted down if you like things less sweet Parking: There are meters right out front, of if you turn down one of the side streets you can usually find a spot a short walk away. I’ve never had trouble parking on a Saturday afternoon, nor during lunch time during the week.
I tried the rose milk tea. I'd come back but would try the fruit teas instead. I imagine that their seemingly lower sugar level would be great with that type more than the milk teas. Pros: - The milk tea is good. Not very sweet by default, which I liked. - Chill vibes and lounge. - Hunter x Hunter on the wall. Cons: - They ran out of tapioca about an hour before close. - The popping pearls didn't really taste like their respective flavors cherry blossom and dragon fruit. -Parking is kind of difficult if you're just trying to swing by for a quick drink. Vegetarian options: Boba is all vegetarian. Parking: Very limited street parking. Kid-friendliness: Kid appropriate space. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level with easy access.
Atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Very interesting teas! I tried the Tiger yea with bubble... It's their most popular tea but it was a bit too sweet, but it was still good... I will try a different tea next time. Cashier very helpful. She helped me pick out my tea.
I used to love this place but it's really gone downhill since it opened. The boba are flavorless. Last time I went, the drink exploded on my lap in the car, soaked through my jacket. Went back and asked for a refund and the refused to give me one because "it didn't happen in the shop". Another worker comes out and says, "Yeah that happens sometimes, sorry" something about the cups??? Ridiculous. Never going back. Go to elitetea or tsaocaa way better quality and 3x the options
I really love coming to SereniTEA whenever I am in the mood of getting Bubble Tea! I have been coming here since 2020 and many of the milk teas and fruit teas here have tasted very sweet and refreshing. I really enjoy getting their Thai Tea and Mango Lychee Black Tea with tapioca pearls. Highly recommend SereniTEA if you love Bubble Tea! :
Excellent place to go for Boba! As soon as I stepped into the café, I knew this place was quality! If you have dietary restrictions or have a sweetness preference, they are plenty accommodating! Asian Fusion was my original go-to place, but this might just be the top location now!!
Beautiful little spot by the college. Staff are always happy and seem to love their jobs. Very polite. Our favorite in the Southeast Wisconsin area.Food: 5/5
Their boba tea is very good. I recommend the tiger, it is their brown sugar milk tea boba. Its sweet, but worth every sip. They have a couch area and quite a few board games which is great for friends or partners. We got to play connect 4 and I lost horribly twice before we had already lost track of time. Great time overall!
If it is boba you seek, this is the place to go. It has a bunch of really cool people working here, and the general anime atmosphere is a really nice relaxer. It feels like lofi music personified. Personally, I recommend their taro, but most stuff tastes good.
Assuming this is the only place that sell boba tea in Downtown Milwaukee. The tea tasted artificial, more like powder… not very impressed. Their topping is good.
