I have used Serenity Movers for my last 3 moves, dating back til 2011.  They have always been excellent and professional.  Max, in particular, has always been great at providing excellent service, very competitive quotes, and the right number of guys for the job.  When I moved in 2013, I had just had hand surgery and was unable to pack much beforehand.  The team of movers did an amazing job with carefully and efficiently packing up all my stuff.  I will always choose Serenity Movers going forward.

I have used Serenity Movers for my last 2-3 moves. They showed up on time. Took care of all my furniture. Finished the entire move in 3 hrs as promised. No damage. Will use them again.

They were a pleasure to work with. From the first call when I asked for a quote to the follow-up call after the move everyone was professional and courteous. They went above and beyond in specific instances (like trying to figure out how to get around a truck that was parked in our spot at the new building). They also asked the right number of questions so I felt I had good transparency but wasn't inundated. Highly recommend these guys!

The whole Serenity experience was very smooth and stress-free. The moving consultant Noel was wonderful and quickly assessed my needs. The actual day of the move was pouring rain, but the team never complained and they kept upbeat. They were extremely fast and efficient on both ends of the move.  The foreman Mowgli (sp?) was very professional, assuring and friendly. The crew helped negotiate some tricky spaces, breaking down (and re-assembling) furniture when needed. Moving is never fun or easy, but if I had to do it again, I would call Serenity with no hesitation.

We were referred by friends who used Serenity for a similar move.  Max co-ordinated everything over the phone and made sure we had everything set before moving day.  We had an elevator issue yet the guys still made what seemed impossible happen in our 4hour window. Silas the foreman was a pleasure to work with, he brought some much needed humor to a stressful situation. The rest of the team were very helpful, personable and did more than was asked of them.  Nothing was damaged in the move and had a very positive experience!  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again.
