My daughter and I agree that Serenity gave us the best mani-pedis we have had before. Relaxing environment, great updated massage chairs, and friendly techs. 5 stars for sure.

Went in to have acrylics removed. Decided to have sns applied to natural nails.,requested a manicure also which never happened. This seemed logical after having acrylics removed. Nail shapes are all different and the sns is lumpy. I noticed this when i got home. The gentleman that did my nails was pleasant. No one else would speak even when I said hello. Thought that was strange?? Off to find another salon

I came at 6:20 and asked for a full set on a Thursday. Instead of saying they did not have the time to give me proper service, I received a cut finger with a minimal apology. I was rushed out of the door before my nails could dry. When I entered I received no greeting and was thoroughly disappointed with customer service overall. I will not be back.

There are a number of choices in the area, but I like Serenity Spa.  The price is right, the service is great, and my hands and feet leave feeling happy.

This is a great salon! Everyone is so friendly  and the service is exceptional.  I was treated like a queen by Shalla and will definitely rerurn.  Prices are very reasonable for the services they offer and they even have massage therapy!
