I have been going into Ace for the last couple of years and have loved the place.  Always so helpful.  I went in yesterday to have some keys made in Post Falls and the gentleman that helped me must have been having a bad day.  I asked him about a certain key and he told me "I don't know, I'm not a mind reader"    He was definitely upset about something and a bit rude.  This was the first time I have ever had a complaint about the place. I will definitely continue shopping there, but will avoid that gentleman.

The people are very friendly, courteous and very helpful. The employees are knowledgeable in everything it seems and if they don't know they will find someone who does. I love shopping where it feels and you're treated like you are in a small town country store. Thank you Ace Hardware in Post Falls, ID.

I really like this store. Seems to have every off the wall hardware thing you could ever want. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help.

Great customer service!  Looking for that odd screw or hard to find item, check out Ace.  They will guide you in the right direction and help you through your selection process.  Propane prices are great!
