The only issue I had was the service department trying to charge me $600 for parts and labor to put on a throttle position sensor. I bought the part myself for $50 and installed it correctly in a matter of 30 min. My check engine light immediately cut off hasn't been back on since. My service writer was great.

Went to look for a dependable truck. They had one I loved listed. Everything I needed and wanted. I was in the parking lot for 45 minutes. Nobody came out. Customer Service is garbage. Finally someone came out. Turns out that the truck on the lot was a completely different model. This dealership lies to get you on their lot. Then they don't do anything to at least keep you there. I'm better off anywhere else. There's no way you can convince me to buy from Serra Chevrolet Bartlett.

Terrible place to buy a car when you have cash in hand. They want you to finance. Wanted two cars. Was going to pay cash. They had cars marked " Going to auction if not sold in x amount of days". So figured they were ready to deal. WRONG!! They jacked up the price by adding a $500 paperwork fee per car!! They knew how much cash we had. So, I guess they didn't want to sell those cars to us. Those 2 cars sat on that lot for several weeks before they were gone!!

David Lane. He’s the service manager. My daughter has had problems with her car over the past. We hadn’t been able to figure out what it was. I’ve been quite upset with the service department, but David Lane gave me his personal number. We talked about the situation as well as about our kids. I’m at the finish line with my kids and he’s at the start line. 🤗 Anyway, point being he’s a great guy. I appreciate his willingness to help us and I’d have anyone going to this dealership to see David if ever there was a problem. His kindness is much appreciated.

We are also having the vacuum "covered under warranty" issue fixed on a Cruze. The part to be replaced under warranty failed causing additional issues to our car. The additional issues are costing over $700 to fix. Service dept., responds with I'm just the "middle man" when questioned about why those additional parts aren't covered. We wanted to discuss and call service department back, when we did call back they had already started so we couldn't change our mind on repairs. That is a huge chunk of change for something covered under warranty. No discounts, no military discounts, no help to just fix what is necessary. I guess we are just forced to pay if we want our vehicle back.
