A staple on Jackson Street. A popular place to go, known for their chicken wings. They have a variety of tasty sauces. Though the wings aren't the best ever, they are adequate for those who want to step up from buffalo wild wings. Live music, decent taps, and a rooftop patio make for a good time. It can get very busy here, and service is hit-or-miss, but it is still fun with friends.

I have been here a handful of times now because it is close to my work. The food is great 90% of the time. What makes me give only 2 stars is the staff. Service is so slow and they look annoyed if you ask for anything.  Today for example we ordered lunch ahead of time to go but we eat there (if you don't do this you will wait at least 30 minutes for food). We got there and sent someone up to grab the food and we sat at a table and waited. A server came over and we explained what we were doing but asked to order a pitcher of soda (which we normally do when we come and tip on the soda) needless to say this trip we never got our pitcher or an apology. When we were done someone cancelled the soda order with the bartender as the waitress we ordered from was standing at the bar complaining about how they double train employees.... well maybe it's not enough... so inappropriate especially when people are waiting on drinks...

There is one iconic wing joint we have not traveled yet, however, Serum's is simply top notch. FLAVOR is priority in every recipe. Enjoy scolding hot? Habanero wings, their hottest, ever so carefully pack a punch of flavor and taste delicious. Not feeling heat? Ragin Cajun is unbelievable flavor with 0 heat. In between, pick your favorite taste and count on coming back for more.

Best wings in the Twin Cities area. Probably the best wings I have ever had. Never have had to wait for a drink either here. Great Vikings drink specials. Also they have a lot of Tv's for watching games. Great place!
