Following a flood of our basement in the summer, ServiceMaster was assigned to us by our insurance company. During each step of the restoration, they were extremely professional. They took great care of my property, arrived on time, and were very efficient. They answered all of my questions and took care of all of my needs. They even answered questions when my insurance company didn't. I hope you never need to use ServiceMaster, but should the situation arrive, you are in good hands.
As a property manager, I have used Service Master over the years and it is a joy to work with them. I just tell them what the issue is and they give me a reasonable price and then they due the work, coordinating with my client. A leaky bathtub drain caused a major headache to the downstairs rec room. Service master came in quickly and just as quickly isolated the problem area. The repair and ultimate restoration by Service master was excellent. All the sub contractors were efficient and professional. Ezekiel, the project manager kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend this firm.

Zeke and his crews were nothing short of fantastic, from the initial demolition, to the restoration and finally the set up. Always cleaned up after themselves every night and were courteous. Zeke was always available if something were to come up. Thank you for making a great experience out of a terrible situation.
We had a leak in the downstairs bathroom shower which went undetected for over a year. Extensive damage was caused to the floor, sub flooring and walls in the basement, and there was also significant mould present. Our Western Assurance agent had Service Master Restore Of Burlington on site the same day and they immediately began the process of removing the damaged flooring and walls of the affected areas. This was an enormous undertaking that required the crews to use most of the upstairs as a pathway for entering and exiting the house. Before any work began, all of the floors were neatly and entirely covered with clean runners. There was a steady parade of demolition materials as well as construction materials in and out of the house. At the end of each day things were put back to its original state which always included a through cleaning by the crews. The tear out process involved cleaning, sanitizing and drying. The rebuild did not proceed until a final inspection was performed and a written report was provided that declared that all of the mould and mildew had been removed. The written report also included a two year guarantee against mould. The experience was immense, but was conducted so professionally and thoroughly. The crews kept us well informed to our satisfaction during the entire process. I would strongly recommend Service Master Restore of Burlington to anyone who is looking for perfection and total satisfaction regarding damage repair to your home.They were fantastic! We use this company when last week power outage, the sump pump is not working during the outage. Without replacing any parts, just 2.5 hours labor and dehumidifier rental for a bill of $3500plus!
They came to clean our Neighbours house .he sadly passed away we live in apartment next door and the smell is still there . It’s bin 2 months I would never use them as they probably did do not do there jobNegativeQuality, Professionalism
