Jimmy Seaman with A-1 arrived at my home within 15 minutes of my panicked phone call describing extensive water damage in my home (due to a burst pipe). Two more crew members arrived right behind him and they got to work immediately. Every one of them were extremely professional. Jimmy took the time to sit down with me and explain the process from the assessment, to the direct to insurance billing. I can't brag about this company enough. Look no further, A-1 is undoubtedly the one call!

As a property manager, I can always count on Jimmy Seaman and his company, A-1 Cleaning & Restoration to come to my rescue. Today, Kyle cleaned my carpet, and his work ethic was everything I've come to expect from A-1. Kyle did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond to assist me. Amy, who works in the office, is always happy to help me, and answer any questions I have. A-1 Cleaning & Restoration meets and exceeds my high standards.

My son flooded our bathroom trying to create a waterpark (lol) at 7:30pm. We called A1 almost immediately and within an hour they were at our door. The water had seeped into two adjacent bedrooms and we thought our carpet was ruined as well as a portion of our hardwood floor. We had soaked up as much water as we could and the technician did the rest. 3 days of fans a dehumidifier and were good to go. The staff was some of the most courteous people I have ever dealt with! I will recommend. And to think my husband heard them on the radio.
