I called ServiceMaster at 7:15am, by 9:30am there was a team of people cleaning up the water, and hauling out all the damaged items.  By 12:30pm the mess was cleaned up.  Travis took the time to explain the cleanup and drying out process and was very helpful.

Nate O'Bryan came to my house for a service quote.  He was very professional and honest.  He went above and beyond what I would have expected him to do.  I will definitely call him for any issues I may have in the future.

I know Service Master is a franchise and each one can create their own reputation.  My experience with Service Master out of Montgomery was a fantastic one.  Travis (lead tech) was a great guy that took the time to help us understand the entire process.  He represented Service Master in a great way and one that they should be proud of.  
Our experience :  We purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot and the company they used to deliver/install the fridge did not tighten the water connection in the back.  After 24 hours of leaking behind the fridge, our hardwood floors were saturated and the ceiling in our basement had collapsed due to water loads.  Service Master was out within 10 hours of us discovering this and began drying everything out.  After 3 days we were dry and are currently working to get everything covered through the insurance company that insurers the contractors who installed the fridge.  
Thanks again Service Master and a big thank you to the main man Travis on a job well done!

Horrible service. Service guy came out to give me an estimate on thursdays 4/19/18, he said he was going to send me an estimate and I never heard from him. I guess I will someone else
