I have to say I never write reviews. So if you impress me enough that I suit in the parking lot to make sure I write it, you did something amazing! 
I needed a state inspection. I was in and out way quicker than I expected. The gentleman who helped me was super nice and didn't make me feel like I needed anything for my vehicle. 
Thank you for a quick and easy trip! I will definitely be back.

Dropped by on a whim for an oil change (a Friday around noon), and they had me in and out within 20 minutes. Cost was 34.95, but had a coupon for 15 off, so only came to 19.95+tax, which is about as cheap as you're going to find. 

They did try to do the typical up-sell of a tune-up ($139), and air filters ($65) that almost all placed do nowadays, I turned it down (...and ordered the 2 air filters on Amazon for $16 total while i was waiting!), and they didn't pressure me further and were very polite. Also had them quote me on a potential CV boot repair which was a somewhat high compared to the other local places I've checked with, but not crazy out of line. Very nice, clean waiting area with comfortable leather chairs and flat screen TV. 

On a completely irrelevant side note that is probably a waste of time to even mention, I absolutely *HATE* the name of this place. Total pet peeve of mine when businesses use "cute" spellings, such as this place does with the replacement of the Q and C with Ks. I do realize this has nothing to do with the service I received obviously, just had to get it out there. Pfew... now I feel better! ;)  

Overall, would definitely return for an oil change, but would probably use a different place for more extensive repairs

Pulled up at 5 p.m. on Friday 11/10/17. We were approached by a young man in uniform and he casually asked what we needed done. I told him we wanted a full synthetic oil change. He asked us to pull up to the garage door and told us it would be a 20 minute wait. Another technician asked him what we wanted and he yelled back, “Full service!”. I thought “Kwik” in the business name meant “quick”. We pull up to the garage door and I see 4-5 more men sitting, smoking, and conversing. Then I hear one of them say “Because he doesn’t want to do it.” Then another technician walks up and asked again what we wanted done. At this point I realize these guys are lazy and unprofessional. I then tell him I’ll go some place else.
I don’t want unprofessional people working on my vehicle. Especially when they display action that tells me they don’t want my business.

If you enjoy extremely high markups and getting screwed over then this is your place. I went here to have a gear box replaced on a truck. Manager came back with an estimate of $1950. Now mind you the gear box is at the most $400. Even from the dealer. I know this because I have replaced them before myself, I do my homework and won’t be screwed over. They had the gear box marked up to $980. Absolutely BS. I went to another repair shop off of Hesters Crossing and they gave me an estimate of $688 for the exact same work. Will never again even think about visiting this business.

This was my shop to go for oil change and inspection.  This time one of KK guy told me my car wipers are not good and can't do inspection. However wipers on car was very good condition , i said no he push me to change at least 1 for $21. I did follow and paid. He put defective wiper. Very disappointed to the dishonesty and how folks are trained for sell.

No more business with them..
