This service was great to work with. they were professional, courteous, and worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted and needed. They helped relieve the stress of having a restoration job done in my home.

I love Servpro and their staff. What a bunch of caring people. They made the worst time in my life so easy. Insurance company and everyone else wanting to know exactly what I wanted done with everything. I had no idea. I looked at Suzie and Dave and told them how overwhelmed I was. They said not to worry they would handle it because that is what they do for a living. All their staff treated what was left of my stuff like their own in packaging and storing it all. What a great bunch of people. I would recommend them over and over again to everyone that is going through a crisis. Their staff was great. They answered all my questions. They worked long and hard hours at my home. They stored my things with care. Thank you so very much.

These guys are AMAZING!! Showed up in an instant, pumped all the water out of our house. Then they got it all dried and dehydrated and smelling good again. Cheerful, friendly, trustworthy! Will definitely use them again !

If there is another company you can call for water remediation, do so. The service was bad, and it was far from professional, so take the "servpro" with a large grain of salt. While I had a very favourable impression of this company from an experience in another state, this franchise has ruined it. They did respond quickly and did return a cleaned comforter, but that is the only positive part of my experience. After water damage occurred in our unoccupied house, the guy who was my contact person said the upstairs needed to have the carpets and a mattress removed, asap. The mattress, which was soaked, was left in the bedroom until we carried it out in September. The fans were left in my house and blowing for weeks instead of days. I called repeatedly about these issues, but apparently my contact guy left the company and nobody alerted me to that fact or re-assigned my case. I had a call in July from some other Serve-Pro guy asking if he could come and take a blower out of my house (what? there's a blower in my house still?)...it took another storm in IL to get those things turned off and picked up. I told him to contact my guy (who was gone), but he hemmed and hawed and asked for the lock box code. So, on top of not returning my blankets and sheets, running up my electric bill, muddying my dry carpet, not returning calls, not re-assigning my case, I had a non-employee (and current employees) with lock box access to my house, which, while unoccupied, is not empty of furnishings, etc. I have asked to speak to a manager, but have never gotten past the secretaries. For all this, my insurance company was billed over $7000. I do wonder how the pricey mold remediation worked with a wet left mattress in the bedroom for the summer...

Servpro of Champaign Urbana goes above and beyond to help when they can. They traveled to Northern Colorado after the terrible flooding to help out several families at our request when local companies couldn't or wouldn't handle the situation. They brought the troops and worked tirelessly to make sure their completely devastated homes were restored. I knew to call them because of the work they had done for me in the past in Champaign when our sumps went out and threatened to ruin our newly finished basement. They were professional, courteous, on time and HONEST about what we would be facing. They never sugarcoat the steps required to "make it like it never even happened."
