I had a very time sensitive cleanup situation with my elderly father. Keith, Marty and team responded quickly, defined the scope of work, walked me through the level of effort / pricing, and completed the job on time. They were compassionate and extremely professional throughout. I hope I don't need them in the future, but I know exactly who I will go to if I do need these types of services again. Highly recommended!!

Honest people in a sometimes dishonest field. Keith and his team are top notch. I had them out to fix a pipe leak and they did great work, advised me on the best solution in terms of health and dealing with the insurance company. I trusted them so much that when I had water damage from a storm, I called them before the insurance company just to have them assess if I should file a claim, have them do the work without a claim or do the work myself. They gave nothing but honest answers. Use them if you have a water issue they are great.

Coming home from vacation the last thing I wanted to see in my basement was water and mold.  My water heater had cracked spurting hot water all over the basement and with the steam, mold was growing everywhere!  It was disgusting!  I called SERVPRO of Mount Ephraim/Bellmawr.  They came over fast, got rid of the water right away and then started on the mold.  I was very concerned because my son is allergic to mold and I didn’t want to leave my house for an extremely long period of time.  They contained the basement, got rid of the mold and cleaned my air ducts.  They were very neat when they were working in the basement and very courteous when they started moving the debris.  Everything was done quickly and without any issues.  I would recommend SERVPRO of Mount Ephraim/Bellmwar to all of my friends.
