We are very pleased with ServPro!!! From Heather, the first person I talked to on the phone, thru the last clean up men, everyone was great. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. Honestly, better than I expected. I would highly recommend this company to any one. We went through a flash flood. They responded quickly, kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you to German and Mike Norton, and the rest of the crew. I'm sorry, I didn't get everyone's name!!!
My basement flooded due to a water main break on my street - Servpro responded so quickly and had people over within a hour or so of calling. They disinfected the entire basement after removing the flood waters, and had the entire basement dry and sterilized within two days of the initial incident! great customer service and professionalism! They worked great with my insurance company and made the whole ordeal significantly less stressful than it could’ve been. I know who I’m calling next time disaster strikes crossing my fingers it won’t!.
I was told since we were not going through insurance and paying out of pocket, we would get a discounted rate for work performed. I should have got it in writing. They give no real estimate for work to be done, until its done, and you're on the hook for the ASTRONOMICAL charges. I was assured after the 500 deposit that it wouldn't be much more than that. I would Never under any circumstance allow this company in my home again. Quite literally you could purchase a whole fleet of fans and dehumidifiers for what I was charged for a 5-day rental of 4 fans. Over 2K with $0.00 in labor. The sales guy you speak to in emergencies will blatantly lie to you to get the job. They know people who are calling are in desperate need of help and time is of the essence and they prey upon it. Be smart and next time you need carpets and flooring dried, buy the Fans it will not only be cheaper, but at least you will have something tangible, and won't have to deal with this god-awful company.
Had a water heater break and leaked water all over our main floor. Servpro was quick with the fans and getting the flooring up to prevent further damage.
A couple of weeks ago we had a fire in our garage. We was blessed it didn't burn the house down. It didn't hit us until a few days later. SERVPRO came in. Put our mind to rest.i was amazed. Isabel was amazing. The whole Crew was great. They answered every questions we had. If they didn't kn the answer. They got back to us the next day. They arrived when they said they was coming. They didn't take any unnecessary break.very Professional .they did everything in a timely manner I felt very comfortable with them being in our home .I give SERVPRO 5stars . I would give them more. Stars If I could. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Thanks two the whole crew.
Recently we hired SERVPRO to clean up my father's house after his passing. It was a big job and SERVPRO did fantastic work! They were on time and really got the place looking good. I would not hesitate to recommend SERVPRO to anyone. We wanted a professional outfit to do the job, and that is what we got. Top shelf. Job well done. Thanks!

I had a large pipe burst flooding about a third of the building I work in. We contacted Servpro late that night and had a response within minutes. They arrived on site the very next morning and started the process. I could not have asked for any better service from start to finish! All the employee were very respectful! I was informed daily on progress and what was up next on the list. I was informed if any problems came up. I was informed if a problem was uncovered that was there prior the flood. Excellent company!
