We had a pipe break in our home. Our insurance company recommended we call SERVPRO. I am so glad that we did. They responded fast and sucked up all the water. They had their fans and equipment and they did much more than I was capable of doing. We have children and were afraid that mold would grow. After watch SERVPRO of Carbondale/Clarks Summit/Old Forge work I feel safe.

Not sure how to go about posting pictures but i would never recommend servpro i had numerous of my belongings just thrown out in my pod... very careless on other people's belongings. I have a lift chair that the cords were hust ripped out and now it wont work. And things that they were supposed to come back to clean up my kids and i had to take it to the dumpster because it was just left in the yard and no one showed back up to clean it up. Someone was supposed to call me about some some kind of refund on some of the broken items that was carelessly thrown in the pod and no one did that either. I have pictures i wish i could find away to post them on here.

I had a pipe burst at a rental property. I contacted SERVPRO of Carbondale help fix the problem. I talked with Kevin, the owner. He was very helpful and professional. He and his staff were quick to respond, they were very courteous, and addressed my problem with complete professionalism. I highly recommend this great outfit and will use them again should a similar situation arise.

I had water damage in my kitchen. Servpro responded very quickly and made a complicated situation, very easy. The team and managers were responsive and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend Servpro of Carbondale for any home damage.
