I don't know the title of the lady I spoke with, but Tony was her name. I called inquiring about a position they were hiring for. After a 20 minute conversation about past work experience, knowledge of what they do, and just building some rapport, I was rudely cut off and hung up on. I simply wanted to know what their beginning pay rate was. Tony avoided answering the question for the last 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile I answered all of hers. I guess she and Servpro don't want good help.

I had water damage that left moisture in the back room walls and we wanted to get rid of it before mold developed. I got quite a few estimates and I finally called Servpro and they resolved my issue for a fraction of cost others quoted. Thanks Servpro it is great to know that there are still some honest companies out there.

We recently experienced a flood and fire. With the help of technicians from Servpro, we were able to move back in far sooner than we ever thought and they saved a bunch of items we considered lost.

After fire damage in my wash room I researched different companies and decided to go with Servpro for the cleanup and I am so glad that I did they came and started to work right away taking care of the soot, water, walls and everything that needed attention I would definitely recommend them to others.

Five Stars aren't enough for Alex Isaacson, ServPro's representative on our home fire repair job. From Day One to the completion of the job he was an exemplary representative for your company. He demonstrated a thorough understanding of the task at hand as well as an empathetic nature. He was efficient and timely throughout the process – and believe me it got complicated. He always did what he'd do and by the dates promised. And he always responded immediately to any questions and concerns and kept us appraised of the many updates. Besides the ServPro team, he helped coordinate with other craftsmen and vendors and even while we were out of town, contacted those involved to keep them on track. He went above and beyond the entire time with a courteous and pleasant manner and level of professionalism beyond his years. We knew we could depend on him as he came through time after time. What a fantastic representative for your company. ServPro would do well if the type of service he provided is reflective of the entire company as it demonstrated concern, ability, and a professional work ethic rarely seen.
