My husband worked for this company for 10 months. The management is terrible. Completely unprofessional and unorganized. They have stacks of rugs in their warehouse that they don't even know who they belong to. Their employee turn over rate is terrible. They had over 30 employees come
And go in the 10 months he was there. Drugs found on the premises by the general manager and as I was told by her "she has a liberal view on the drug policy". He was never given a raise but a higher job title with more responsibility and no extra compensation for his work. They will lie to your face, not properly care for your items and rip you/ your insurance company off. When he finally decided to quit this place and find better employment they did everything they could to withhold his final check. When he called trying to get his check because like everyone else, we had bills due, they refused to answer or return phone calls and emails. Terrible place to do business or work. I'm
Not saying all Servpro franchises are terrible but stay away from the Hattiesburg branch if you don't want to deal with a bunch of
Crooks.
