We hired this company to clean a home we had just closed on. They came highly recommended so my husband employed them. I have severe health issues and hiring them was supposed to take the burden off of me and allow our home to be "move-in ready" on the day the movers brought our stuff. We hired them to clean the home, get rid of smoke smell, do cabinets and walls and clean the carpets. We were told not to move the couches, that they would take care of that. Also we were told they had a spray to use on the couches to rid the smoke smell. I walk in 3 days after the clean....the smoke smell was so thick, it hit me like a wall. The kitchen sink was filthy, both bathrooms were barely done, laundry room hadn't been swept or mopped , had not been vacuumed under furniture and there was a white residue on my walls. We called them and complained. So after the blame was placed on the "new guy", they didn't come back out until the day the movers were bringing in all our stuff. They did clean the bathrooms. Their employee mentioned casually to me that when he was there before that he tried to move one couch and broke the leg, so I should be careful. They left a machine to "clean the air" and the smoke smell would be gone! ...they claimed. It still smells like smoke. I moved the couches that they were supposed to have cleaned the carpet under and vacuumed up a bad of dirt. The spray they used on the furniture , they only used on one side of the cushions. Upon unloading my dishes into cabinets, we discovered sticky residue, so we wiped them down and our cloths turned brown. There was a spot on the counter that took over 10 minutes to clean. They did not mop at all. So now, in the middle of all the chaos of unpacking and moving and going to doc appts b/c i am so sick, not only did I waste $300 on a company that did not do what they said they would and now won't return our calls, but I have to do all the cleaning myself that we wasted the money paying them to do. Having to rent a shampoo carpet cleaner to clean smoke smell out from under furniture, buy special cleaner to remove smoke smell from walls and cabinets. will NEVER use them again and I am seriously considering legal action.

Jamie and Dawn are great to work with. The staff is very knowledgeable and freindly. We had some mold in the attic and they removed the mold at a very resonable price. I would recommend their services to anyone
