ServPro did an excellent job of cleaning up our sewage clog. They patiently explained the process and answered all our questions. They also offered good advice in dealing with the insurance company. I would definitely use them again.

Our house was flooded during Grayson, which was devastating also because we just brought it. There is a lot to deal with in these situations. Servpro made one of the hardest parts - assessing the damage, drying it and cleaning it - so much less stressful! Joe and Travis are the best!! They were on the spot already on day one, just to minimize damage and to assess their work. They were communicative and professional, nice and on time. They explained everything they did in detail, and made sure we were OK with it. They also communicated directly with our insurance, making our life a bit easier! The process is rough - when the fans are in, the house is full of dust and noise. But they made sure almost everything was dry (our house is made of plaster and wood, hard to dry) and what was not dry, they explained to us how to replace. They were a ray of light in this s**it storm. Strongly recommend!

My real estate team recently took on an "estate sale" listing. The freezer in the basement, packed with food, stopped working. The food was leaking out of the bottom of the freezer and created and unbearable odor. We called ServPro of Montclair/West Orange and the President, Joe Wishnia went above and beyond. Within 2 hours on a Friday evening, Joe assembled his team and met me at the house. They did a phenomenal job! Not only did the clean out 2 freezers and a refrig packed with rotting food, they scrubbed and disinfected them. Thank God for ServPro. Joe, I know it wasn't pretty, but you and your team stepped up and did an awesome job. Pictures are worth a 1000 words. See below.

When a pipe burst in our Kitchen Servepro showed up the same day, helped me deal with the insurance company, checked in over the weekend, and were all around amazing. I hope I never have to call them again (smile), but they are the only ones I would call in case of an emergency.
