I disagree. I do not think they are scum. The workers were very pleasant. The office staff is inefficient, unreliable and rude, but I am not sure what the standard is in the industry. I have never needed this type of service before. If I ever need it again, I will try someone else. You should, too.

These people are total scum -Avoid them like the plague! I have been battling them for nearly a year. It took them ten months to send me a bill, and then they back-dated it and claimed they had been "patiently" waiting for me to pay for seven months and turned it over to collections. They failed to send an adequate crew to do the work, or even to have them there for more than an hour at a time most days. The mold damage continued to spread as a result of their neglect, increasing the damage to my home another $10,000. They billed for services they didn't provide, and my insurance company and I have been fighting to get the charges corrected. These people lie to your face about when they'll be there and what they'll do. They won't return phone calls or respond to letters of complaint. Their employee turnover rate is so high that the crew at my house changed three times over a three-week period. DO NOT USE this company. They will let you down, and then you'll begin a nightmare of trying to straighten out the mess they made.
