I was extremely hesitant to use this company due to their online review and ratings. However I really didn't have a choice due to the size of my loss and the capabilities that I needed. Pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. They were prompt, their industry knowledge was far an above the best I have experienced and their ability to work with our insurance adjuster blew me away. On top of all of this they worked with us on our deductible and allowed us to make multiple payments so that the $2,500.00 burden didn't hurt so much and they worked the rest of the payments out with our insurance carrier. They took good care of our personal items, and rebuilt our loss for us. Their repair department with Al and Christina were fantastic to work with. If I could leave 100 more reviews of how satisfied with them I was, I would. When checking out online reviews I always see if the negativity is due to payment or process. In this case it appeared to be payment and it was. I will trust SERVPRO of NE Greenville County with any losses I may have in the future! -RJ-

These guys were great. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have had losses in the past that didn't go very well. I was very surprised with the attention to detail and organization that was given. From the job tracking to my final folder they provided me everything that I needed to make sure my coverage's were there. There may be other SERVPRO's around but this is the only one I will be using. Servpro of Northeast Greenville County helped me when my dishwasher malfunctioned and sent water through my home. They were fast, courteous, and worked with my adjuster through the whole process. My lower cabinets had to be taken out, and they fought for me when my insurance company told me to just match new lowers to my existing upper cabinets the best I could. They got the approvals needed to make my home like it never happened! I would recommend this company hands down to anyone who needs their services. I have attached photos of the end result! I couldn't be happier!

I have worked at Servpro of Northeast Greenville County going on 5 years. These guys are fantastic to work with. They really care about their customers. You could not ask for a better group of people to work with. I have been lucky and have not had to use a restoration company at my home, but if I ever have the need for someone, I most definitely will be calling on them. I have seen first hand the great job they do in my years of working here. Thank you James, Carl and Rich!!

Cathy was great. Her and her team went above and beyond to make sure that we was dried out properly after having my whole house flood. Having two kids it was difficult to work around them. They got it done and did it well. 5 stars aren't enough. Thanks SERVPRO of North East Greenville.
