I highly recommend Servpro! As a Realtor, I need reliable companies like this to refer my clients to when they have issues at their homes. The customer service and response time is excellent, the prices are fair, and they cover just about any type of disaster that happens in houses. I am very grateful for my relationship with this company, and the service that they provide for my clients and I.

Overall I was happy with the results. After my basement flooded, in june, the demo crew showed right up, got everything out and started drying, 5days later, they came to get their fans. A manager came to do a estimation on rebuild time. He gave me a date of July 12 and the project wasn't finished until about 2 weeks after that. The guys doing the work were nice, but we could never get out schedules to line up. Most of the time, the guys would show up, work for an hour, sometime only 5 minutes, and take off.. but the jobs done and I'm okay with the results.

I am so glad that we chose SERVPRO in our time of need for our plumbing leak and subsequent water damage to be cleaned up. from the first person that showed up within an hour of the incident were not only efficient and professional but sincerely pleasant. Dale the first person that showed up as our plumber was finishing up the repair of the leak to Dillon and Isac who set up and took down the needed equipment to mitigate my needs to Selina who was our person in the office that made everything happen. We wish to say Thank you !

We had a pipe break in the attic causing flooding in our family room ceiling and one wall. Our insurance company sent Servpro out to tear out the ceiling and wall and put some fans up to dry out the house. Every time they came out to do work or check up on the house they would call just before they were getting there, luckily my wife has a flexible schedule most the time so it was inconvenient but it usually worked out. They came out one day on a Saturday morning to do a check up to see how things were drying out, there technician said they needed to leave the fans and come back either Sunday or Monday. I told him if it's Sunday it needed to be no later than 9 a.m., he told me he would call us and let us know if he could make it and if he couldn't we would schedule a time for Monday. Sunday came and passed and I never heard anything from them and then about mid morning Monday as my wife was getting out of the shower and I was at work, there technician took it upon himself to just let himself into our house. He knocked on the door and when no one answered he decided to try the door and just let himself in. He never announced who he was and he didn't try calling my wife until he had let himself in. There company policy does not allow you to let yourself in without previous permission from the home owner and we sure never gave them permission. My wife now hiding naked in one of the rooms called me and told me what was going on. I called there office and talked to someone there who just told me sorry but wasn't going to do anything about it or call the technician and tell him to leave. So I drove home I was only working about 5 miles away that day and came home and confronted there technician who just wanted to explain to me why he let himself in like there was no problem at all. After some pretty heated words and kicking him out of my house and telling him I don't ever want him to come back I called there office again to let them know what had happened and to see what the next step was going to be to get this finished. They got with the technician and got back to me and told me that everything was done we just needed to sign some paper work for the insurance company to pay them. My wife ended up signing the papers because I had to go back to work but they left our house a total mess. There was insulation and plaster everywhere that they were supposed to clean up and they were supposed to put up plastic to keep any more insulation from falling from the attic. We ended up just cleaning everything up ourselves and putting up plastic. I talked to our insurance agent and told them everything that had happened. Well after about a week since all of this happened we finally got a phone call from them asking if we wanted them to come finish cleaning up and doing what they were supposed to. Overall I was never impressed with there technicians or work and that incident sent me over the edge. I wouldn't recommend Servpro to anyone and I hope if you use them you don't get the same idiot technician we did.
