Having water damage wasn't bad enough. State Farm recommended these guys to us for the mitigation and restoration. I should have found my own contractors. It took them 6 weeks to get to a point where we had to fire the company and look for a different repair company. The "manager" or as I would call him 'head idiot" mismanaged this project from the start. 

We had to live in a hotel for 6 weeks to be given damaged cabinets, wet drywall that was simply painted over, damaged granite, charges for work that was never attempted or completed and nothing but excuses. We had to fire this company and go with one that actually got to work and finished the project in about 3-4 weeks along with fixing all the issues that ServPro created for us. If you can choose any other company you would be well advised to do so. 

Management was told of every concern I had repeatedly but completely ignored. We even had workers showing up asking us how they were going to get paid for the job after we fired ServPro as if it was our responsibility to inform them that they were no longer needed or welcome for our repair. If it would not have been such a horrible job and a house we just purchased not 6 months sooner it would be funny how disorganized this was. Sadly they made a bad situation exponentially worse.

A tornado had taken off half of my roof off my home and I had a lot of water damages.  State Farm hired them to dry out my house and replace the damaged sheetrock.   I caught their employees going through my drawers and closets in the part of the house where there were no water damages.  They did good work and they did finish the work in a reasonable time.
