When we woke up on a Sunday morning with over an 1 1/2 inches of water on our finished basement floor from a busted pipe, it was very overwhelming.  We called ServPro and they arrived within a couple of hours.  They were extremely informative, professional and caring.  They worked directly with our insurance company (State Farm) which helped relieve that burden from us.  They were very efficient in getting everything taken care of and were wonderful about not taking extreme tear-out measures until everything was dried out and the damage could be assessed.  We would highly recommend this company and if needed (hoping never to need them :)) we would definitely use them again.

I normally do not take the time to write reviews nor recognize people for doing their job,however,in this case I was moved to do so. The amount of care and professionalism that the crew from Servpro of 
Porter County showed me and my wife was beyond exceptional. They actually cared.We had a problem and they had the solution. No fuss no muss,just down to business and resolved our calamity. Thank 
goodness for these professionals. I highly recommend them and will tell everyone I know.
