If I could give no stars I would. Very rude and ignorant. I called to get an appraisal done on my grandmothers house and land.. I suggested that the house was old and beat down and that its not worth anything... He then said everything is worth something ... Then I said in theory like its not worth anything like something low as in like $1k or something.. Stating it as an example . He then told me he couldn't help me because I have a pre- determined value.. I was like sir it was just an example... He then kept telling me reasons why he couldn't help me... He either was a racist ( due to the fact I have a heavy southern african accent) or he didn't want to help me because it was a low valued appraisal... Low country people who are like this are not helpful in this world... I wouldn't recommend using this company ...... Its just an appraisal sheesh!!!!
