Mark Sessums and his team represented me beautifully in an auto accident case. The case took over two years because Medicaid claimed it had paid some of my expenses for the accident when they were for cancer related charges. I am a senior citizen and every dollar of my recovery was important to me. Mark got me a generous recovery and then fought off Medicaid's claim to my expenses in two appeals within Medicaid system. Thank you VERY MUCH Mark and Sessums Law Group!

Mark Sessums and his firm are top notch! He is "Johnny on the spot". There has never been a day, were he hasn't responded to an email or text by the end of the day (usually within an hour). His grasp of the law and legal system is unbelievable, he remembers details of my case like no other. Most importantly, his professionalism and demeanor restored my faith in the legal profession and demands respect from his cohorts and the legal system. He is an example that all attorneys should strive to be!

Ms. Pinson was exceptional with her work. She truly showed compassion for our situation. A lot of things tend to get confusing when it came to legal matters...but Ms. Pinson kept us in the loop about everything and made sure to explain everything so we could understand. I would hire her again in a heartbeat if needed.

I came to Mark Sessums when I realized it had become necessary to replace my previous attorney. I found myself in a totally different atmosphere...one of genuine compassion, utmost respect, and legal brilliance. Mark handled my case beautifully and with above reproach professionalism. I am forever grateful to his efforts. He helped me during a time of stress and need, giving me great peace of mind. That is something not all attorneys can offer I learned from experience. I also want to say his staff is outstanding. Phyllis assisted me promptly and left no question or request unattended. The entire group is gracious and genuinely caring.

Mark A. Sessums Law Firm is an Extraordinary company/lawyer. I will suggest or refer anyone in need of a lawyer to contact this firm. He first showed compassion to me at my home, yes he does home visit. After that, he went to work for "ME". His staff was wonderful and caring group of people as well, it shows that they are a Team fighting for their customers rights. No Complaint, No Worries, No Distractions, Absolutely THE BEST ATTORNEY IN FLORIDA!!!! Hands Down.
