St. Agnes Practice including Dr. Cook and Dr. Levikas have been my family doctors for over 15 years and I would highly recommend them. They are attentive, responsive, competent, and very personable and take the time to educate their patients on medical issues.

Dr Cook is wonderful... he's down to earth, listens and goes out of his way to figure out what is wrong if you have a problem. He's not afraid to send you in another direction if he can't help, and is very attentive and great with following up. It's hard to find a good family practice doctor, so it's great to find a keeper!
