Britney and Karen were amazing at the front desk. Their communication skills prior to my appointment were so great and their customer service when I arrived was phenomenal my experience with my nurse was so great. She made me feel comfortable and honestly one of my best laser experience. I drove an hour away and I wouldn’t mind coming back just because the experience was so good.

I’ve been waxing for 10 years and finally decided to start laser hair removal. I regret not doing it sooner! Minimal pain and at better then waxing. Location was super clean, fast service, nurse was super nice and informative. I can’t wait to come back :

It was my very first time getting laser treatment done and I was very nervous. I had never done wax and tend to have a low pain tolerance. Lynette was beyond amazing! She explained everything thoroughly and constantly checked in to make sure I was doing well. It was better than I could have imagined. A clean facility & great service. 1st visit and I can tell a difference. Can’t wait to go back!

This place is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and they are so great at getting you in and out of there. The location is so clean and beautiful as well! I've had laser done before, but this place, their machine, works phenomenally! I have a package of 6 sessions and I beyond happy with my results after 2 of them! Highly recommend!

Worst laser experience I’ve ever had. My lasers at home work better than the supposed YAG lasers they have. Usually by 3 treatments I see drastic results but I am still growing like normal. Unfortunately the home one doesn’t fit into small areas. Their confirmation process requires you to HAVE to respond within 12 hours or your appointment or it’s cancelled. The front desk is rude. They ask for tips after service. They’re nit picky without clarification. So do not say you’ve walked outside before your appointment or it’ll be cancelled and counted against your number of treatments. There’s better options out there.

Great nurse! Super efficient experience. Under arms & bikini take only 10 minutes. This was my third appointment for laser hair removal and all have been consistently fast and relatively painless. I’ll be back & referring friends!Services:&nbsp;Laser hair removal

Good experience with the nurse and procedure so far. However, Front office was VERY rude and extremely cold.  Gave us hell over being late 4 minutes, even though they have a 5 minute grace period.  Repeated everything 10 times without listening or showing any empathy. I took my 17 year old daughter there and she felt attacked.

Unfortunately upon my visit, I was ineligible to have the Laser treatment I booked because I was not a good candidate.  The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.  The manager quickly assisted me in requesting my refund from Group-On.  Excellent Customer Service!

First time going and won't be my last. They made you feel welcomed as soon as you entered the door. Got Lasix hair removal and it was quick and easy highly recommended

Such a beautiful and accommodating staff. I was running late due to it being my first time going to the location and could t find parking they reassured me that I would be ok. Also the nurse Lysette I hope that’s correct was so amazing with explaining the process to me and giving me after care instructions. I had an amazing first time. The building was also very clean!
