So Freaking Awesome! The best burgers is an understatement! Fresh to order burgers on the flat top the only way to seat a burger ingredients topped a mile high. Not to mention two fresh onion rings on the top with the two sauces cascading down! A fresh roll to hold it together, which is an incredible feet in itself! Buckle Up Butter Cup because this thing is on a flavor profile that is unlike anything you’ve ever tasted before! This is more then a burger place it’s an experience destination on another level! The staff is super friendly and eager to answer questions! Super clean and well maintained! Take a friend or family because you might go into a flavor coma and need assistance in going back to reality!
I was not a fan of Seven Brothers Burgers but the group I was with loved it. The fries are more like potato chips. If you love potato chips then you will love these. There is a bowling alley above the restaurant and an arcade on the side so it is really loud. The employees where nice.
After having gone to the 7 Brothers in Laie without my husband, I wanted to take him to 7 Brothers as we passed through Provo. It was quite good! We ordered the Paniola Burger, Deep Blue Burger and Paniola Fry. The Paniola Burger is definitely like the signature Burger there. It has big, fat, crispy onion rings, pineapple, American cheese, bacon, and their bbq sauce on it. It was definitely a tall, messy, somewhat difficult burger to eat—but it was quite good. I did, however, feel that since it was so tall with so much stuff, it seemed like it needed a little more sauce/moisture and flavor in some places. Overall, a pretty good burger though. I liked the Deep Blue Burger best for sure. Blue cheese burgers are kind of hit and miss for me, but I really enjoyed this one. The amount of crumbed blue cheese was just right paired with the Swiss cheese, bacon and all the sauces house, BBQ and ranch. Perhaps having this saucy, flavorful burger next to the Paniola is what made that one feel too dry and not flavorful enough. The Paniola Fry was decent, though I liked it a lot better in Laie. Probably not fair to compare though. These are not traditional fries, but sliced potatoes fried with grilled pineapple, bacon, caramelized onions, melted cheese, BBQ sauce and a couple of onion rings. I think what I felt was missing is that there was very little crispness to the fries—they were mostly like cooked potatoes topped with those other things—and all of the flavors didn’t meld as well as they did when I got them in Hawaii. Still quite good, but I would especially have appreciated it if they were more crispy, perhaps even thinner cut potatoes. One thing that was not a plus was that the ice machine was not working. Definitely not a point in their favor on a hot summer day, but I know it happens. Also, just want to mention that they only have one single user bathroom for everyone. It does have a changing table, which is nice, but it could be tricky to use the restroom when needed when the restaurant gets busy. The service was good. They were kind and helpful and the food came out pretty quickly. Probably only waited 10 minutes. Overall, a good experience. I’d probably come again when in the mood.
Oh my hell!! Probably one of the top 5 best burgers I’ve ever had in my 34 years of existence. Get the Paniolo burger-it’s to die for!!! I won’t be having burgers anywhere else in Utah.
We enjoyed our burgers and they even offer a protein style option no bun. The fries were different than I expected but very good.
We tried this for the first time last Friday. We loved it! We tried the Spencer, Shem & the one with teriyaki sauce. They were all amazing! My personal favorites were the Spencer, which had just enough spice & the onion ring adds the perfect touch! Then, the Hawaiian one with the teriyaki sauce was amazing too. All of them a little messy but very tasty! I’d suggest getting them cut in half. We made it a combo & loved their “special” fries w/ fry sauce! Very yummy! The only thing that can be a little frustrating is it does take time to get your food. We were in a group of 6 and there were not a ton of people ahead of us. It took about 30 minutes to get our food…so just plan accordingly cuz it is worth it! Also, just a heads up 6 combo meals plus tip was $97.
Service was great, food was awesome. The buns are fantastic and the veggies were perfect. The patty is a bit thin, tasty, but tiny. I need to go back for a dbl and it would prob hit 5 stars no prob Dine in: Yes
We taste tested every burger in Provo and this place won hands down. We especially love their basic keiki cheeseburger. Flavors are on point. Someone said their fries are potato chips. They’re actually fresh potato slices fried and they’re amazing. 7 Bros has been our go-to place now for almost 2 years. Love their fried shrimp too! Restaurant manager Brigham Maready runs a great place. Can’t say enough good things about this place.
I have never eaten here before but I had seen it and saw that it was connected to the Provo Beach resort so I never really paid any attention, but they have DELICIOUS hamburgers! If you’re in the mood for a good burger and fries combo this is a great stop.
The Paniolo aka Cowboy was heavenly. Hand pressed burger. The fries are incredible. Sorry I ate most of the fries before the picture. Banana bread is more than you think. It has a Hawaiian touch! Mmmm!!!!
