mack used to be a wonderful business where you knew taking your clothes would be done to perfection. Not anymore... we took some jeans and a pair of dress pants to be repaired, the thing is the jeans came back not creased and the pants not repaired but they took the money staying that you had to tell them to crease the jeans but not the dress pants.  Even if I didn't say it and I know I did because it was on the ticket wouldn't you ask the customer??? That's only good business the employees are rude most often times and it's not about the customer at all.  I will not be patronizing this establishment again.

This business tends to make it a habit of losing garments and blaming it on the "warehouse". I have never seen a cleaners that do not perform any work on the clothes at the location; everything gets sent out, but only some things are sent back. One of my shirts was never located. After that, a pair of pants that I sent back to be creased correctly was "lost at the warehouse" for days. To make things more interesting, the "warehouse" that the clothes are sent to is actually a cleaners a few miles away that I have dealt with for years. They have never lost items that I took directly to them. Seven Mack Cleaners is not a good business; do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Mack Cleaners Provides EXCELLENT Service, the Staff is Friendly & Professional, my Dry Cleaning Articles are cleaned and pressed to perfection. The sewing and tailoring service is amazing, I have had pants sewn and repaired where other tailor said that the repair work could not be done, but 7 Mack Cleaners did the sewing repair at a Great Price. The 99 Cent Dry Cleaning Shirt Service is the Best Deal in Town.

The people that work there are rude. They were so racist that I plan to make a police report. Please do not do business with these people. I hope the owners know that there a nicer people in the world they could hire!
