I was going to the Knoxville TN VA Clinic for about 15 years. Not treated very well there but switched to the Sevierville Clinic and WOW, what a difference. Been there about 3 years now. Everyone is so nice and have taken excellent care of me. A couple years ago I had a bad ear infection and called them late afternoon and they said come in first thing in the morning. I waited maybe 2 minutes after I checked in and was taken right back to see the doctor. That has happened a few times when I needed to be seen quickly. I can't say enough about how nice everyone has been to me there. Highly recommended

Very bad experience.  I called to see if I could get in to see my dr. AS I am in pain. Was transfered to a very rude person who told me there is nothing they can do.
