I took a pair of VERY expensive Harley Davidson silk lined multi zippered chaps into this shop to be altered. They had gotten way to big. I was a nervous wreck about how they would turn out. Not only were they altered to perfection, flawless it was done in the time frame they told me they would be. I HIGHLY recommend them for any leather alterations you'd need done or any other sewing needs. Very impressed!!

I took my $150 Kate Spade dress that I bought 3 months ago to be dry cleaned for my son's baby dedication. I had only worn it a couple of times before but just wanted it spruced up before the dedication on Sunday. I asked when I gave the dress when it would be ready. They told me Thursday. I went to get it on Friday and they said that there was a NEW stain on the dress that they had to send it back. So note: THEY DO NOT DO THE DRY CLEANING THERE, THEY SEND IT OUT. They agree that the stains were not there when I brought it in. I told the lady that the whole point of having the dress dry cleaned was to have it ready for the dedication. The lady (who I think is the owner) snapped at me saying, "I told you I don't like what they did to it so we need to send it back!" At this point I had no choice. I picked it up today and there were more stains on the dress. She said they could not get it out because of the black that was also in the dress caused the stains. No apologies, no regret, just, oh by the way I ruined your dress. The dress is now ruined...when it was completely wearable when I brought it in just a little dirty. They gave me a $10 refund for an almost new $150 designer dress.

Brought a pair of slacks in to be let out. Dropped them off Monday afternoon to be picked up weds evening. Came to pick them up and they told me that they couldn't let the pants out and offered me a refund? No call, nothing. I needed these pants for an event the next day. You would think they would've called instead of letting 2 days go by. I could've went somewhere else.
