John has been my appliance guy since 1993.He is reasonable and pretty funny.Knows his business well,and his wife has helped me troubleshoot over the phone. Family run business. Great people.Excellent results.

Called Seymour a couple times to help get some appliances squared away after we purchased our new house. First and foremost, a knowledgeable and good repairman. Diagnosed the problems and fixed it right the first time. Carries many spare parts right in his van; often able to provide same day service. Service is fast, friendly, and professional. Able to schedule an appointment promptly. My favorite thing is he shows up when he says he's going to show up. It's not like a lot of services that say, "Can you be there between 10 and 2?" and then don't show up until 4 anyway. He works with your schedule, gives you a time, then sticks to it. I hope I don't need a repairman again, but if I do, this is who I'm calling.
