Is my current responsibility as the citizen of the United States of America and my professional opinion and recommendations to the courts my investigation entails in great detail week 1 no p.o.w flag but the American flag was flying and the New Mexico flag was flying the second week there were no flags flying as a concerned citizen I asked state worker for NM if you need help flying the flags he replied no they need new lines so I come back for the third week and find that no flags are still flying so I asked the gentleman driving ambulance why isnt the American flag flying today on Presidents Day he replied mind your own business sir  policies and procedures it in not their policy procedure is to fly a tattered flag But the flag look in very good shape two weeks ago when it was flying high when I point it out the P.O.W. Flag I can only make recommendations to the court systems to suspend both gentleman without pay and apologies to me for just making a recommendation to them to fly the flag on Presidents Day surly my forefathers didn't die for my country just so I can come to a fire station and see not the flag flown high so we all get inspiration of our glory of America the great. Employee's of the fire stations #7 are a member of our government system that we pay funds to. So new policy will be to fly a tattered flag until you can get a replacement one like we do in battle.  I'm just saying BEW
