Story

The Shadhiliyya Sufi Center in Pope Valley, California provides a unique setting for meetings, workshops, weddings and retreats. Once known as Walter Springs for its healing spring waters, the facility sits on 400 acres surrounded by hills and valleys, fields and trails, flowing streams and peaceful meadows. The Center is the perfect place to rest and receive inspiration for ongoing personal growth.

While the Center hosts a robust schedule of events, the Center is open to rental groups at various points each year. Organizations sharing the Shadhiliyya Sufi Centers desire to bring spiritual teaching, healing, and permaculture into our world are thus given the opportunity to use this powerful space. Capable of hosting small to large events of varying duration, the retreat center offers a large & small meeting space, independent office, and retreat-style living with shared bathrooms. We also has a full-service kitchen who specializes in organic, special dietary needs and a dining area ready to meet your food needs.

We offer various options.
You can use the Center for a single afternoon, a day, a week, or possibly longer. If you would like to offer sleeping arrangements for your participants, we are able to provide a retreat-style sleeping arrangement, with shared bathrooms. Whether you just need tea service or fully prepared meals, we are willing to work with you to make your stay as hospitable as possible.
