The staff are rude. Don’t get your wisdom teeth taken out here, because they will give you a shot in your mouth before nummin it.  They open the doors and turn of the vans to the waiting room on the hottest time of the day , when their where more than three elderly ladies in the waiting room. One of the ladies said she had been there three hours. If you have medical they will tell you the doctor wants you to get your teeth cleaned. They will make you four appointments. Because each time you come to the office for teeth cleaning they charge  $125.

Horrible. Showed up at 845 for a 9am appointment the waiting room was packed and very uncomfortable. I waited till 1015 until I finally just walked out. 10 o'clock appointments were showing up and were even seen before me. Never again will I go there.

There was not one seat available, so it was apparent they overbooked.  When we arrived, we had to wait in line to sign in.  Having to wait caused our stamp in time to be 3 min after the scheduled appointment time.  After waiting 15 minutes, we were told because we were 3 minutes late we had to reschedule.  #bad-management/organization/service
