The office is beautiful; the staff are customer oriented.  The dentist is the best I have seen in years.  He cleaned my teeth; took x-rays and he shared information about my teeth that previous dentists did not take time to  do.  My experience is a "5" and he is now "my dentist" in Canon City CO

Great dentist and great staff!  Fast and pain free.  Only MEDICAID dentist around.  I've had way worse dentists in big cities who took Blue Cross and lotsa money and I'm going to keep SHADOW HILLS when I get off MEDICAID

Made an appointment this Thursday and they called back saying they wouldn't be able to see me til the 24th of May, it's the 2nd now!! I said it was an emergency and they said they would call me back in a few minutes but it took them 5 hours to call back and tell me to go to the emergency room...

The whole staff was very nice And professional. I had horrible teeth pain,i made an appointment and got in the same day. The dentist was very gentle and my visit was quick, and he made sure I was fully numb before pulling my tooth. The hygienist and dentist were both very professional, nice and helpful.  I would recommend this dentist to everyone.  And if anyone knows dentistry then they know cleaning teeth with the drill like the previous person said, is the correct way to clean teeth. I disagree with any negative comment, the staff and my experience here was wonderful! :)
