Nice clean place pool and playground area along with the basketball court very quiet. You should download the next door app it's a app to tell you what's going on locally and what's going on in your neighborhood all you have to do is have a  phone number or the app can send a post card with a code to your house in order to see what's going on in the neighborhood you should get the app it's very awesome.

People here will lie, steal your dogs and take them to that pound. The kids that run around are rude and their parents are just as bad. The managers are justt as dum. You pay to much for crappy trailers, you have a better chance at renting a house.

I was so upset with management  , when they posted a letter on my dad's door for rent on the 3rd of November when he had passed away . My dad had lived  there for 32 years and was never late on the rent . They could of showed a little  more respect ...
