Staff and owners very polite and accommodating.  Park is overall mostly clean and kept in average condition. There are sand burs/stickers. Pads have no gravel & are on sandy ground. VERY noisy with busy highway - Jacksboro Highway. Often very strong raw sewage odor. Well water and is really good.

Lived here 2 times the first time had no issues at all with our dogs, only thing we didn't like was the dryers suck and are a waste of money. 2nd time- The day my fiance moved in the owner informed him we were not allowed to keep my big 50 lb emotional support animal . Even though other residents had big dogs as well and when I called to ask what proof he needed to see for my emotional support animal he promptly said you can't have him and I'm calling the Sherrif and hung up. He proceeded to ignore my phone calls after that .  The owner tried saying we hadn't paid even though we just moved here an 1hr before all of this b.s. and my fiance had the money in his wallet tried to pay and the old man(owner) continued to tell my fiance that we needes to move our trailer or he would have the sheriff come. Horrible people would not recommend this place after treating repeat loyal customers this way.

The management is not good... They tell you one thing then later go back on their word. They won't fix the driveway or get rid of the stickers in the grass. They are constantly letting people move in who like to leave trash out and let kids run around the road screaming. There was a giant red ant mound IN the laundry room... Which only has two washers and dryers and the dryers don't work very well...

I could keep going but I figure anyone who reads this will get the idea. Planning on moving as soon as we can.

Really enjoy this place, been here almost a year, with no problems.Management very polite, and welcoming, the  staff are very helpful, and welcoming, a real give you the shirt on his back kind of person, clean, quiet place, no loud kid problems in my experience here.

Good RV Park for the money. Owner seemed nice and is very quiet. Stayed there for over a year and had no issues with Neighbors.
