This is a horrible place.. We felt like we were picked on. If the grass wasn't cut down to the dirt they would charge to cut... Even after we had just cut it. And they kick you out with out giving notice... I hated that place. Don't move there unless you want problems...

They improved this neighborhood immensely  over the past few years. Maintenance crew is the best.

Too many hidden fees and fines, no good park to bring kids to, you pay lot rent but have to take care of your lot completely and will get fined if not to their expectations. Can't have garage or yard sales, have to ask permission when adding / removing gardens, water gets shut off without warning for maintenance frequently, ect ect ect. But there are basket ball hoops.. and an old rusty slide and broken swings!!

Lived there for 15 years. From 1998 to 2013. Hated almost every day there. Couldn't move because no significant work history or money saved at the time. They kept raising the lot rent with nothing being fixed or added. I left when it was at $560 a month. They act like the gestapo there. Do not move there. You will be trapped because its hard to get out. 

The kids grew up to be drug infused assholes and constant break ins to the homes. 

Trailer trash down the street. I had a few good neighbors to help keep our little corner clean...but that changed as well. 

If you want to be on constant guard, not being able to have nice things, deal with the rap music blaring and the high lot rent with low improvements...that place is for you.

There is a reason why someone once painted a "F" before the oaks and changed the A to L on the entrance sign. Shady Folks...hahahaha

Terrible management...micromangement..every year or two they change management they come in strong and fade away I've been here for 10 years graduated from minooka high
