My wife and I have had Shaefer Insurance dealing with our insurance needs since moving to the area from Ft Lauderdale eight years ago. Started out as just vehicle insurance and then we continued with them when we purchased our home and needed insurance. Everything is so easy and all the associates from the receptionist you first meet walking in to the owner of the agency are all a delight to deal with. Thank you all and we look forward to continuing our relationship.

This company is horrible. We were scheduled to close on our new home which is supposed to be exciting but thanks to these idiots we now have to wait a week longer. Shaefer Insurance had everything ready for us until of course the closing rolled around then they lost all documentation of our rate then Jackie who actually quoted us is no where to be found and even the owner could not help. This company is horrible. No communication and horrible customer service. They screwed up and if they would have at least attempted to fix it i would be a little happier but because of the owners complete lack of business ethics and inability to return phone calls just has us furious AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!
