I really like this location as it is closer to my home.  The main reason I like a Shaffer is their Green cleaning standards... using cleaning agents that are safer for the environment and for my clothes and in my home.  Moving to Tucson from the Midwest I had a similar company I used there with the same standards.  One feature I found out about them as well ... is their FREE pick-up & delivery of my dry cleaning!  Whether I have only a couple things or a lot of things to dry clean ... they don't charge extra for that!  Who does that anymore?  Happy customer here :).

I didnt even get to use their service i was on the phone for 20minutes trying to set up service majority of that time being on hold called back to try and get someone and was hung up on. I'm a pretty patient person but i will most definitely not be calling back
