I have been getting my hair cut there for a few years now. Rebecca Hill is a wonderful stylist! She's very friendly and does a wonderful job on my hair!

I went to this place for the first time and my roots were dark but I was blonde on the ends.  I wanted a highlight which is what I normally get but she said that she could get it blonde by color which I was ok with but really didn't know what it was going to look like.  I did say I didn't want orange in my hair.  Well my roots looked orange after I was done.  It was time for them to close to I had to wait to get it highlighted.  She stated that if I highlight my hair it will cover up the orange.  Well I went in after a schedule mix up and got a highlight.  It looks no different than it did before and I had to pay $58 extra on top of the $100 that I already paid.  I don't think that I should have been charged the $58 because It didn't even do anything to change it.  I am ok with waiting until i can get low lights but I would have rather paid $58 for the low lights instead.
