My family and I have been incredibly fortunate to connect with and have the Shah and associates team help us over the last 6 months on wills, trusts, estate planning, and financial planning and investments. The team did an incredible job listening and educating us on the overall process and options at hand. Given their multiple areas of expertise, it benefited our planning as the approach was very holistic and integrated from the setup of the will/trust to the financial planning and investment strategy that ultimately tied to our long term estate and wealth preservation plans. They took extreme care in enrolling my entire family including doing video conferences with my son in another state to insure alignment with the plans. The execution of the plan went flawlessly (super efficient, detailed, and organized) and the team did a really nice job of keeping me informed all along the way. The capabilities, diligence, approach, and service has been first class all around and I highly recommend them.

My sister Rhea and I contacted Shah & Associates after the sudden death of our mother, and while our father was suffering from a terminal illness of his own in Spring 2013.  We are a close-knit family, but sadly had never had estate discussions, and because of our father’s illness, he was no longer able to make decisions alone.  Shah & Associates repeatedly went above and beyond our expectations to provide a clear outline of the processes we needed to address: Advanced Directive, Power of Attorney, Last Will & Testament, Estate Planning, tax management, and helped connect us to other resources when needed, particularly when dealing with international assets, so that we could help him find peace in his last days, and execute our parents’ wishes properly thereafter. We cannot imagine having gone through not just the legal, but also the social, aspects of all these difficult issues without the Shah team.  We have happily watched them grow in size and influence these last years, and cannot recommend their services strongly enough to all those reading this.

When initially speaking to Mr. Neel Shah over the phone I got a sense of comfort to be able to speak with an experienced attorney who is really empathetic about our situation. HE HAS THE IDEAS and a strong sociological imagination. His staff and team of attorneys are specialized in various areas of estate planning and business law. They are organized and respond to you within a reasonable time frame. You can tell that they are dedicated in serving others with their informative presence on social media and internet sites such as YouTube and LinkedIn.  Shah & Associates is a sophisticated estate planning and business law firm that provides the high quality service that you and your family deserve.
