Krystian is the main reason my wife and I come to this Shake Shack all the way from Greenwich. He is incredibly welcoming, kind, professional, and you can tell he enjoys his job. Always greets us and provides A+ customer service. Give him a raise, please. I’ve managed hotels and restaurants before and I know how valuable employees are who actually enjoy and perform well at their job. Besides Krystain, all other employees I’ve interacted with were very helpful and kind. I can tell everyone here gets along like family, and they do a good job with customer service. Keep it up everyone!

We love Shake Shack. Wish there was one closer to our house but maybe then again that's a good thing. This was the first time I tried the mushroom stack. Wow was it good! It's the second time we've been to this particular store and it's a good place relatively clean and friendly. My only complaint is that the coffee shake that I ordered did not taste like coffee. I guess I'll stick with my peanut butter favorite.

Could use more parking, but not as bad as the Westport location. This location is very clean, the staff is attentive, the food comes out properly prepared. All in all worth the trip

Probably the cleanest and least crowded shake shack I have yet been to, no surprise that it’s found on the sparkling white pearl of the Gold Coast, Darien CT. I was probably the only person there not in a collared shirt, button-up or polo. Food was of high quality.

My first visit here when Shake Shack was introduced to the Darien Boston Post Road Community was a terrific one. First of all if you like upkeep and overall appearance of the outside and inside of the restaurants you choose to be in when dining this is the place. Also the employees are sharp and very enthusiastic! I've been here several times and just recently done with it there app as well which is quite convenient when ordering and picking up. In addition to ordering and picking up Shake Shack has implemented a strategy of orders and serving processes that I've noticed in other restaurants. The small devices are used indifferent restaurants I've noticed when there is a long line or people are waiting for their reservation. Conveniently, the device will sound off and Flash red lights in order to allow the consumer to know their order is ready. In addition to the outside there is a terrific game to play as well by the patio. The location of the Shake Shack is definitely a major plus. You can take these notes and put them in the back of your mind before taking a trip over here when you're around the area but with all due respect you got to understand whats shaking over at Shake Shack by yourself I can tell you this much it'll be worth it.
