I had a fantastic time with this Shake Shack. My meal was so satisfying and delicious. I ordered one of their holiday-themed shakes and I loved it! Also, the introduction of their new Hot One's flavored sandwiches was such a great idea. Will definitely be returning to the RiNo location soon
Shake Shack is a fast food overly priced burger. I've never had Shake Shack Burgers before this and it was very disappointing. The burger was small, very greasy and the fries were alright. However, I would come back just for a shake because that was very delicious. We ended up paying over $70 for four burgers and drinks!
9/30/22-My first time trying this place and they messed up on my order. I was part of an office Door Dash order and hard ordered the spicy fries with bacon. The fries showed up without the bacon. They did not leave a good first impression and if people at my job order from them again I will get food elsewhere. The food was just average and would have gotten the 3 stars, but they lost a star due to messing up the order. Also way over priced. The fries and sandwich came to $20.24, which is high for both quality and the fact that there was also no drink. Disappointing.
Shake Shack is the supreme fast-casual burger restaurant, in my opinion. Not only is the food hella good but the company’s backstory and insane growth is quite impressive as well. On this particular visit I indulged in a Double ShakeShack Burger Angus beef cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun, $8.99 and Crinkle Fries $3.29, skipping the namesake to save room for booze. I loved every bite. These burgers are beyond delicious. The burger is so moist and veggies fresh. The ShackSauce is pretty much their version of fry sauce which no one beyond the PNW ever has so it probably has something to do with why I love this place so much. You can’t skip out of the fries. Well, you can, but you’re doing yourself a mean one. If you’ve never been to one of these restaurants this is your sign. I can’t miss it if I’m around one!
My husband surprised me with a late night treat delivery last night and it was pretty tasty. He ordered a cheeseburger seemed like it wasn’t from a pre made patty, juicy, cheese fries plenty of warm cheese food, salty, crinkled I’d order them well done next time, I prefer crispy fries, and ice cream shakes. He got me the salted toffee and he got a chocolate vanilla. The ice cream itself was yummy, but I’d give the salted toffee a miss next time as I didn’t feel like it added anything. I’d also skip the whipped topping because if I’m going to do it it needs to be whipped cream. This was our first Shake Shack experience but it definitely won’t be our last. Overall it was a really good fast food burger, fries, and shake experience.
10 out of 10 restaurant location, great view, great interior. 10 out 10 customer service! The food was the biggest issue. The 3 hamburgers and the fries was 40 dollars. The price wasn't the issue. The issue was. The food didn't have flavor. The sauce was a McDonald's rip off with some kick to it. The drink was called Pumkin patch. It tasted like the pumkin dirt or pumkin vines.
Really enjoyed the burger. The bun was so soft and subtly sweet. The shake was too sweet for me.
Giving this a 3 stars because the burger and fries were alright. I ordered a creamcicle float. I think they made the float right away and it sat behind the counter while they made the food because the ice cream was real runny. So it was maybe like a 10 minute wait. I just accepted that it would be a little melted and didn't want to say anything. In the car I took a sip and realized it was like 99% soda and 1% melted ice cream. I tried mixing it but the ratio of how much soda was in the cup was way too much. Basically I paid $6 for a soda topped with ~maybe~ a scoop of ice cream. It didn't look very appetizing either, it honestly looked really gross lol. When I got home I live less than 5 minutes away I had to split it into two cups because honestly the ratio was the worst part. It's a huge cup of soda. After splitting it into two cups I had to add my own vanilla ice cream to it that I already had in my freezer to make it edible. What a bummer. Edit: Forgot to mention that I'm now having really bad diarrhea. Coincidence I'm not sure..just thought I'd put that out there
I was given a chicken sandwich with NO chicken on it. When I told a staff member, a manager came to the front and accused me of doing something with the chicken? Implying I did something with it? I’ve never been more confused or embarrassed. I just wanted a chicken sandwich WITH chicken on it… absolutely insane. Don’t come here unless you want the staff to mess up your order and then somehow blame YOU for it!
What did I just pay for? They forgot an entire order of cheese fries, and the cheese fries we got had so little cheese on it. The "burgers" are so lame but also so expensive, and also tiny? Soggy old lettuce and pale tiny tomato slices? Where's all the money going? It's not into the quality or the quantity of the product, I know tht for sure. Attached is a picture of the mushroom burger, stick of butter for scale. Insulting they charge a premium for this garbage.
